Bradley's Birthday!

41 years ago today we were blessed when a sweet blue-eyed little cutie came into this world!! He had 2 brothers, Scott, 9 years old, and Terry, 7 years old waiting on him when he got home.  It was quite a change having a baby in the family again after 7 years, but what a fun little guy he was, and I was never lacking for help with him, although there was some grumbling at times if they thought they were having to put up with little brother a little too much!  I have watched Bradley grow from a troubled teenager due to losing his beloved dad and best friend, Oren, when Bradley was 13 to leukemia, and after about 10 years of searching and looking for peace in all the wrong places, Bradley finally found that peace in God who filled the hole in his heart left by the loss of his dad.  What an awesome change in his life!! He has grown into a godly, loving, husband, dad of 3 precious little boys,  brother, and a son to to be very proud of!! Thank you Bradley for blessing our lives every day! Happy Birthday, Bradley Ross Wimer,  Love you so much!

God's Glory! New Every Morning!!

Beautiful sunrises recently!! So awesome how the colors change with each sunrise! Clouds make it especially beautiful.  Can only think how very blessed we are!

Memories!!

A few scenes that remind me of the past!  Hard to believe how many years it's been since I roamed the streets of Isabella as a child and teenager.  Lots of good memories!

The homeplace where I and my sisters and brother grew up.  It looks a little worse for the wear now and was a bright sunny yellow for many years.  So many happy times here!

Fun Times At The Fishin' Hole!!

Last week I got to go fishing with some "little" and some bigger fishermen! It was cool and windy, but we had  a great time relaxing and enjoying the peaceful setting!!

Cannot believe how much snow we've been getting lately!! The snow that came in this afternoon was beautiful, biggest flakes I've ever seen!! First a sunrise scene from this morning!

Spring One Day, Winter The Next!

Living in Oklahoma in the winter time you learn to get out and enjoy the beautiful springlike days when you can because it can change really quickly! Friday was a gorgeous preview of spring, so we got out and took advantage, horseshoes, bubble making and cooking out!  So glad we did because look what blew in the next day, an arctic blast!! Oh,well, was fun while it lasted!
